GENERAL BILL by Smith ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bennett
Community Supervision of Offenders; revises definitions re community supervision & specifies levels of intensity of supervision; requires offender to report for community supervision immediately after sentencing; authorizes court to issue certain orders if offender is chronic substance abuser; requires that offender allow DOC to draw blood for testing purposes, etc. Amends Ch. 948, 903.03, 947.22, 775.0877, 893.13, 921.187; repeals 948.013,.20.
