GENERAL BILL by Jones
Physicians/Osteopathic Physicians; increases minimum amounts of professional liability coverage, per claim & aggregate, which are required for licensure; increases minimum amounts of professional liability coverage, per claim & aggregate, which are required for said physicians who perform surgery; requires Health Dept. to verify that said physician has met financial-responsibility requirements before granting or renewing license, etc. Amends 458.320, 459.0085.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
