Direct Shipments of Wine; authorizes direct shipment of wine for personal consumption into this state by direct shippers; requires licensure of direct shippers; requires recipient to be 21 years of age or older; requires proof of age & signature of recipient; requires payment of taxes by direct shippers; includes Internet sales as sales construed to be actually made at vendor's licensed place of business, etc. Creates 561.585; amends Ch. 561.
