Medical Malpractice Insurance; deletes provision requiring certain medical malpractice insurance policies to include provision authorizing insurers or self insurers to take certain actions re admissions of liability, settlement offers, or offers of judgment without permission of insured; deletes public policy statement; deletes requirement that such actions be made in good faith & in best interests of insured. Amends 627.4147.
