CS/HB 1-B: Slot Machine Gaming
GENERAL BILL by Business Regulation Committee ; Attkisson
Slot Machine Gaming; implements s. 23, Art. X of State Constitution; authorizes slot machines & slot machine gaming within certain pari-mutuel facilities located in Miami-Dade & Broward Counties upon approval by local referendum; provides licensing conditions on holders of thoroughbred pari-mutual wagering permits; prohibits persons under 21 years of age from slot machine gaming areas or playing slot machines, etc. Creates Ch. 551; amends 849.15, 895.02, 215.22. APPROPRIATION: $8,215,178.
