GENERAL BILL by Dean

Background/Schools/Contractors; provides that individuals required to undergo said screening pursuant to amendments to specified provision re background screening requirements for certain noninstructional school district employees & contractors, made by specified provision, are required to meet required screening requirements as soon as reasonably possible & shall be & remain in full & continuing compliance no later than specified date, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
