Sales Tax Exemption/Advertising; defines term "qualified aircraft"; includes said aircraft under certain miscellaneous exemption provisions re aircraft; exempts from tax on sales, use, & other transactions certain advertising materials distributed free of charge by mail in an envelope; provides criteria, requirements, & limitations on exemptions for purchases or leases of said aircraft. Amends 212.02,.08; creates 212.0801.
