District School Bd./Hillsborough Co.; provides for seven-member district school board, with five members elected from single-member residence areas & two members elected from district at large; provides for reapportionment; provides that elections shall be held in accordance with general law; repeals special act re calling of referendum to authorize such district school board, to conform.
