GENERAL BILL by Government Efficiency Appropriations ; Constantine ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist ; Lynn

Brownfields/Redevelopment; increases amount & percentage of credit which may be applied against intangible personal property tax & corporate income tax for cost of voluntary cleanup of contaminated site; increases amount that may be received by taxpayer as incentive to complete cleanup in final year; requires Enterprise Florida, Inc., to aggressively market brownfields; decreases job-creation requirement for rehabilitation of said site, etc. Amends FS.
