GENERAL BILL by Lopez-Cantera ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Arza ; Flores ; Waters

Insurance Agents; provides additional requirements for applications for certain licenses; requires Financial Services Dept. to require designated examination centers to have fingerprinting equipment & take fingerprints; deletes prohibition against dept. denying, delaying, or withholding approval of applications lacking criminal history report; specifies required conduct for examination applicants, etc. Amends Ch. 626. APPROPRIATION: $279,064.
