GENERAL BILL by Murzin ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Altman ; Ambler ; Hays
Construction Defects/Property; revises provisions to expand application to construction defects in any property other than public transportation projects; deletes language limiting application to only residential property; revises provisions re required notices for construction defect claims under certain construction contracts; applies provisions of specified chapter, notwithstanding certain notice requirements. Amends 558.001,.002,.004,.005.
