Drug Court Programs; (THIS BILL COMBINES S114 & 444) cites act as "Robert J. Koch Drug Court Intervention Act"; provides additional legislative purposes & intent re treatment of substance abuse, including use of drug court program model; authorizes court to order specified persons to submit to substance abuse assessment as part of adjudicatory order or pursuant to disposition hearing; provides for expungement of certain records & pleas, etc. Amends FS.
