GENERAL BILL by Stargel ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ambler ; Hasner ; Sansom
Conveyances of Land; provides for transfer & creation of custodial property in IRA or certain qualified plans; provides powers to custodian or trustee of such custodial property; provides for disposition of custodial property held in account, plan or custodianship that is terminated; provides that certain recorded instruments transferring certain interests in real property to custodian or trustee are ratified, confirmed, & validated, etc. Creates 689.072, 694.17.
