JOINT RESOLUTION by Lawson
Ad Val Taxes/Water-management; constitutional amendment, effective January 1, 2007, to remove limit on ad valorem taxes of 0.05 mill for water-management purposes which applies only to northwest portion of state & thereby allow 1-mill limit that applies to rest of state to also apply to this portion. Amends s. 9, Art. VII.
