CS/CS/SB 1208: Apalachicola Bay/Mgmt. & Restoration

GENERAL BILL by Government Efficiency Appropriations ; Environmental Preservation ; Lawson

Apalachicola Bay/Mgmt. & Restoration; requires that certain revenues from excise tax on documents be used for oyster management & restoration programs in said bay & other areas; abolishes surcharge upon oysters harvested from said bay; provides for use of moneys from General Inspection TF for oyster management & restoration programs in said bay & other areas; prohibits DOR from collecting uncollected moneys payable from surcharge, etc. Amends 201.15, 370.07, 213.05.
