Tax Credits/Employee Fitness; provides credit against tax on corporate income for certain taxpayer expenditures re providing employee fitness facilities or supporting fitness-related activities by employees; adds amount taken as credit under specified provision to adjusted federal income; provides for order of credits against tax on insurers, etc. Creates 220.192, 624.5108; amends 220.02,.13, 624.509.
