Protect Our Homes Loss Mitigation; creates Protect Our Homes Loss Mitigation Fund in Insurance Regulation Office of Financial Services Commission; provides for administration of fund by board; requires board to establish guidelines for use of appropriated funds; creates Protect Our Homes Loss Mitigation Board for certain purposes; provides for appointment of members; provides for per diem & travel expenses; provides for future review & termination, etc. Creates 215.558. APPROPRIATION: $500,000,000.
