GENERAL BILL by Cannon ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ambler
Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Div.; requires each employee serving as law enforcement officer for division to meet qualifications of law enforcement officer set forth in Department of Law Enforcement law, for employment or appointment; requires each such employee to be certified as law enforcement officer by FDLE; provides said officer with certain powers, authority, & jurisdiction; specifies primary & secondary responsibilities for said officers of division. Amends 20.165.
