CS/HB 1275: Adoption Benefits

GENERAL BILL by Cusack

Adoption Benefits; defines term "qualifying adoptive parent"; expands categories of persons who are eligible to be such parents; provides that such parent who adopts special-needs child or child whose permanent custody has been awarded to DCFS or to Florida-licensed child-placing agency, other than special-needs child, is eligible to receive specified monetary benefit that is paid to adoptive parent in equal monthly installments over 1-year period, etc. Amends Ch. 110.
