SB 1288: Stalking

GENERAL BILL by Lynn

Stalking; provides that family of person who is victim of offense of stalking is also protected from offense of stalking; increases classification of offense of stalking from misdemeanor of first degree to felony of third degree & of aggravated stalking from felony of third degree to felony of second degree; requires court to issue injunction for protection against domestic violence, etc. Amends 784.048, 921.0022.
