Cancer Drug Donation Program Act; creates said program; provides eligibility criteria for cancer patients for said program; provides conditions for donation of cancer drugs & supplies to program; requires participant facility that accepts donated drugs & supplies through program to comply with certain state & fed. laws; authorizes said facility to charge fees under certain conditions; requires DOH to establish & maintain said facility registry, etc. Creates 381.94. APPROPRIATION: $65,308.
