GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Fasano
Notaries Public; requires that specified notaries public provide services without charge to military veteran or firefighter or law enforcement officer who is applying for certain benefits; requires that notary public record each notarial act in a journal; provides exception; provides that failure to comply with requirements for keeping journal constitutes grounds for suspension or nonrenewal of notary public's commission, etc. Amends Ch. 117.
