Insurers/Filing of Information; amends provision re viatical settlement providers; specifies beginning date for submission of required annual statement; specifies required information; amends specified provisions re life expectancy providers, premium finance companies, & continuing care providers; authorizes Financial Services Commission to require by rule that certain statements or filings be submitted by electronic means in certain format, etc. Amends Chs. 626, 627, 628, 651.
