Wekiva Onsite Sewage Grant Program; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1338 & 1794) creates Wekiva Onsite Sewage Treatment & Disposal System Compliance Grant Program; creates program in DOH; provides purposes; authorizes certain property owners in certain areas of Wekiva basin to apply for grants for certain purposes; provides grant limitations; provides for grant as rebate of costs incurred; requires documentation of costs; requires dept. to adopt rules to administer grant program.
