Wekiva Onsite Disposal System; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1338 & 1794) creates Wekiva Onsite Disposal System Compliance Grant Program in DOH; provides purposes; authorizes certain property owners in certain areas of Wekiva basin to apply for grants for certain purposes; provides grant limitations; provides for annual adjustments of amount of grants; provides for grant as rebate of costs incurred; requires DOH to adopt rules to administer grant program, etc. APPROPRIATION.
