Wekiva Onsite Sewage/Disposal System; creates Wekiva Onsite Sewage Treatment & Disposal System Compliance Grant Program in DOH; authorizes certain property owners in certain areas of Wekiva basin to apply for grants for certain purposes; provides for grant as rebate of costs incurred; requires documentation of costs; requires DEP to conduct study of sources of nitrogen input into Wekiva River & associated springs; requires report to Legislature; provides report requirements, etc. APPROPRIATION: $500,000.
