GENERAL BILL by Farkas ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hasner ; Jennings ; Seiler ; Slosberg

Long-term Care Insurance; requires said insurance policies to provide for policy incontestability after certain time; specifies that certain limited benefit policies are type of said insurance policy; deletes exemption from minimum time period coverage requirement for certain limited benefit policies; revises certain restrictions on said insurance policies; provides additional rate structure requirements for said insurance policies, etc. Amends Ch. 627, 641.2018. APPROPRIATION: $72,500.
