Long-Term Care Insurance; directs AHCA, in consultation with Insurance Regulation Office & DCFS, to amend Medicaid state plan that established Fla. Long-Term Care Partnership Program for purposes of compliance with provisions of Social Security Act; requires long-term care insurance policies to provide incontestability after certain time period; specifies that certain limited benefit policies are type of said policy, etc. Amends Chs. 409, 627, 641.2018.
