CS/CS/HB 1361: Insurance

GENERAL BILL by Brown ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Waters

Insurance; describes debt cancellation products; revises certain limitations on certain amounts of life insurance on debtor; revises minimum capital requirements for discount medical plan organizations; authorizes local government self-insurance funds to insure or self-insure real or personal property against loss or damage; authorizes two or more corporations not for profit to form self-insurance fund for certain purposes, etc. Amends FS.
