GENERAL BILL by Benson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Harrell

Hazard Mitigation/Coasts/Hurricanes; specifies entities that are authorized to install or authorize installation of rigid coastal armoring structures; requires Emergency Management Div. to manage certain hurricane evacuation studies; provides that application of development policies shall be at discretion of local government; provides deadline for local governments to amend coastal management elements & future land use maps, etc. Amends 163.3178,.336, 161.085, 381.0065.
