HB 1379: Domestic Violence

GENERAL BILL by Mealor

Domestic Violence; provides for access by alleged victim to certain materials that are part of active criminal investigation of incident of domestic violence that are exempt from disclosure under specified provisions; provides for law enforcement officers to obtain verbal emergency protection orders immediately following incidents of domestic violence; provides for officers to reduce such orders to writing, etc. Amends 741.29,.30, 943.1702.
