GENERAL BILL by Farkas ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Clarke

Small Employer Health Insurance; establishes Healthy Fla. Small Employer Health Insurance Program for certain purposes; provides requirements for small employer carriers; describes qualifying small employers; provides wage level criteria for said employers; provides for reimbursement of said carriers for portions of claims paid from Healthy Fla. Small Employer Stop Loss Fund; requires Financial Services Commission to adopt rules, etc. Amends 627.6699.
