GENERAL BILL by Brown
Construction Contracts; deletes exceptions & limitations on such exceptions to said contracts promising to indemnify or hold harmless certain parties from certain liabilities as being void & unenforceable; provides construction to preserve limits on certain indemnity agreements or agreements to insure; deletes prohibition against certain said contracts for public agencies requiring certain activities of parties re specified liabilities, etc. Amends 725.06.
