PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Regulated Industries

Tobacco-settlement Agreement/OGSR; amends provision re exemption from public-records law which is provided for certain business information concerning tobacco-settlement agreement; defines term "trade secrets" for purposes of exemption; saves exemption from repeal under OGSR Act; deletes provisions that provide for repeal of exemption. Amends 569.215.
