GENERAL BILL by Brummer ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Carroll ; Harrell ; Hays ; Homan ; Murzin

Medical Negligence/Expert Witnesses; requires Board of Medicine & Board of Osteopathic Medicine, respectively, to issue expert witness certificates to certain licensed physicians under certain circumstances; provides requirements for certification; provides limitation; revises criteria for prevailing professional standards of care for health care providers in certain actions; provides severability, etc. Creates 458.3175, 459.0066; amends 458.331, 459.015, 766.102,.203.
