Court Files/Public Records; revises date until which confidential & exempt social security number or exempt complete bank account, debit, charge, or credit card number included in court file may be included as part of court record available for public inspection & copying unless redaction is requested; requires county recorder to use his or her best efforts to redact all said information from electronic copies of official records, etc. Amends 119.071; reenacts 1007.35(8)(b).
