JOINT RESOLUTION by Rubio ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Adams ; Allen ; Ambler ; Attkisson ; Baxley ; Cannon ; Carroll ; Evers ; Galvano ; Grimsley ; Harrell ; Hasner ; Hays ; Kottkamp ; Dick ; Kreegel ; Needelman ; Negron ; Poppell ; Rice ; Sansom ; Stansel ; Stargel ; Traviesa ; Troutman
Eminent Domain; constitutional amendment to prohibit transfer of private property taken by eminent domain to natural person or private entity; provides that Legislature may by general law passed by three-fifths vote of membership of each house of Legislature permit exceptions allowing transfer of such private property, etc. Amends s. 6, Art. X.
