Clinical Perfusionists; specifies financial responsibility requirements for clinical perfusionists; requires supervising physician or osteopathic physician to be qualified in medical areas in which clinical perfusionist performs; prohibits clinical perfusionist from prescribing, ordering, compounding, or dispensing certain drugs or medical devices; provides exemptions from clinical perfusionist licensure requirements, etc. Amends 456.048; creates 458.3476, 459.025.
