Qualified Job-Training Organizations; defines term "qualified job-training organization"; provides for Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to certify said organizations; provides for distribution of certain funds to certified organization; specifies uses of funds; provides for revocation of certification under certain circumstances. Creates 288.1171.
