Moving & Storage Services; revises definition of term "self-contained storage unit" to include smaller units; defines "household move," "moving broker," & "moving container"; revises construction, application, & intent of regulations for household moving services; requires moving brokers to register with DOACS; revises provisions requiring mover to maintain certain insurance coverages, etc. Amends Ch. 507, 83.803; creates 205.1975.
