Notification of Next of Kin; cites act as "Pardo-Arambul Act"; requires law enforcement agencies to notify next of kin of decedents whose deaths occur in certain circumstances; requires disciplinary action against officers who fail to make required notification or who fail to follow specified procedures for making such notification; provides for notice of available victim advocate & chaplain services, etc. Creates 960.046.
