SB 1776: State Housing Strategy
GENERAL BILL by Garcia
State Housing Strategy; revises policy guidelines of said strategy re new programs for housing production or rehabilitation to provide that distribution of housing funds for multifamily rental housing should be designed to address housing needs of persons most in need of housing & that certain minimum percentage of housing units funded should be targeted to extremely low-income persons, etc. Amends 420.0003,.0004, 163.31771, 196.1978, 212.08.
