Moehle Act/Eminent Domain; creates said act; provides definitions; provides for payment to property owner by state agency, political subdivision, or corporation acting on behalf of state agency or political subdivision which takes private property by eminent domain; requires payment of just value; requires additional payment if property value exceeds specified amounts after taking; provides for payment of attorney's fees & court costs.
