FRS/Creditable Service/Excess Leave; permits member of system through his or her employer to purchase creditable service of up to 1 year for unused & otherwise uncompensated sick or excess leave hours accrued during employment in FRS; prescribes limitations & conditions of such purchase; provides for payment of costs of such retirement credit. Creates 121.1123.
