GENERAL BILL by Aronberg

Personal I.D. Info./Fraudulent Use; provides that any person who willfully & without authorization fraudulently uses personal identification information concerning individual who is 65 years of age or older without first obtaining consent of individual or of his or her legal guardian commits felony of second degree; provides criminal penalties; conforms cross-references, etc. Amends 817.568, 921.0022.
