Criminal Justice Comm./Law Officers; requires Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission to adopt rules for implementation of federal Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004; requires commission to develop & authorize uniform firearms proficiency verification card to be issued to persons who pass firing range component of firearms proficiency course; authorizes use of specified facilities operating firing ranges for testing persons other than officers, etc. Creates 943.132.
