SB 2040: Investigative Incident Reports
GENERAL BILL by Klein
Investigative Incident Reports; authorizes court to order that said report be sealed by criminal justice agency that makes report; requires that petition to seal report be served on agency that prepared report; provides that agency need not comply with order to seal if order does not comply with requirements for sealing; provides that person who is subject of said report may lawfully deny or fail to acknowledge incident subject to said report, etc. Amends 943.045; creates 943.0595.
