False Ads/Live Musical Performance; defines terms "performing person or group" & "recording person or group"; prohibits person from advertising or conducting live musical performance by using false, deceptive, or misleading statement of affiliation, connection, or association between performing person or group & recording person or group; authorizes court to impose civil penalty not to exceed $5,000 for each violation of act, etc. Creates 817.4115.
