CS/SB 2070: State Lands

GENERAL BILL by Environmental Preservation ; Environmental Preservation

State Lands; clarifies duties of DEP, water management districts, & DOACS re state lands; requires that inventory of publicly owned lands identify lands exchanged by state & surplus lands sold by state; clarifies requirements for use of lands acquired for greenways & trails; authorizes State Lands Div. to review subleases for conservation lands less than 160 acres in size; provides presumption that nonconservation lands are surplus lands, etc. Amends FS.
