GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Criminal Justice ; Banking and Insurance ; Banking and Insurance
Health Care Clinics; redefines term "clinic" for purposes of Health Care Clinic Act to include certain additional providers; includes specialty clinics within requirements for license renewal, transfer of ownership, & provisional licensure; requires health care clinics & specialty clinics to display signs containing certain info. re insurance fraud; designates Florida Center for Nursing as "Florida Barbara B. Lumpkin Center for Nursing", etc. Amends Ch. 400, 456.072. APPROPRIATION: $237,875.
